Welcome to Mr. Johnson's Blog!
Hello parents and students!
I am excited to start another year in 3rd grade!
I want to tell you the purpose that my blog will serve this year. In the past, I have used it for:
*homework assignments
* photos and videos of students during the school day
* explanation of class assignments
However, this year I will allow my students to take a role in publishing on the blog. Everyday, I will allow one student to either write a description of what they learned or summarize a book he/she has read. The student may do this either by typing or videoing him/herself and posting to this site. Of course, I will assist in this process as well as making sure no personal information is shared. The student will just put his/her initials at the bottom of the blog.
I look forward to meeting all of you and having an amazing school year!
