**Students should be working on science fair projects. The science fair is Monday, February 8th. Each week until the science fair, students will be asked to submit information to make sure they are working on their project.
Most students have submitted their testable questions and hypotheses. This week, we will be going over procedures, data results, and conclusion to make sure their projects are ready to turn in next Monday, February 8th.
* (DATE CHANGE) We will take up money for the Columbia field trip from Wednesday, February 24th to Wednesday, March 2nd and the cost is $25 plus an additional $5 for chaperones. The field trip is on Thursday, March 10th.

Math: Division (review lessons 7-2:Division as Repeated Subtraction, 7-3:Finding Missing Numbers in Multiplication Table, 7-4: Problem Solving: Choose an Appropriate Equation, 7-5: Writing Division Stories).

Mr. Johnson will not be at school on Friday, January 8th and Monday, January 11th. He will be running in the Disney Marathon race, the Goofy Challenge, that he's been training for since July 1st. This race includes a half marathon on Saturday (13.1 miles) and a full marathon on Sunday (26.2 miles).
